EvoLink SA is a limited liability company under Swiss law, registered in the Commercial Register (IDE No. CHE-275.624.390) and headquartered in Daillens, Switzerland.

The company’s purpose is to provide services in the fields of telecommunications, IT, multimedia, video surveillance and home automation, infosecurity and cybersecurity, EDM/ECM/CSP implementation and development. In particular, studies, audits and project development, sale of equipment, installation and maintenance of all systems in the aforementioned fields

 

Our values in relation to data

Transparency and confidentiality are deeply embedded in our values and daily practices.

In our privacy choices, we systematically opt for the least invasive solution to preserve your privacy. For example, we only collect the minimum amount of information requested in relation to the purposes for which it is processed, and we undertake not to share your personal data with any third parties other than those mentioned in this policy.

 

What are your rights?

You have fundamental rights in relation to the data we process about you. There is no charge for exercising these rights, and we undertake to process your request within 30 days. We will respond in accordance with legal requirements, which may mean that we are unable to meet specific requests in certain cases. In general, you have the right to:

  • Request that we correct any incorrect personal information.
  • Request the destruction of your personal data.
  • Temporarily or permanently restrict the processing of your data.
  • Withdraw your consent or object to processing where this is based either on your consent or on our legitimate interests.

What personal data is processed and why?

The personal data we process depends on the type of relationship we have with you. By personal data, we mean any information that identifies you or makes you identifiable.

IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OR IF YOU EXPRESS AN INTEREST IN OUR SERVICES, A PARTNER OR A SERVICE PROVIDER:

We may process the contact data you provide to us, i.e. your first and last name, address (email and postal) and telephone number. This data is processed in order to provide you with the service you require and to communicate with you. The legal basis is the performance of the contract binding us or the steps leading to its eventual conclusion.

In addition to the above-mentioned data, we may also process your profile data, which you provide to us when using our services. This may include: date of birth, gender, family situation, marital status, interests, history of use of our services…]. The legal basis may differ depending on the processing, namely: your consent, contract performance, our legitimate interest or our legal obligations.

IF YOU ARE A CANDIDATE, EMPLOYEE OR EX-EMPLOYEE :

If you apply for a job, we process the personal data you provide us in connection with your professional experience, educational background, professional qualifications, contact details, nationality, marital status and any other information contained in your curriculum vitae. The processing is based on the consent you implicitly give us by applying for a job, or have given to a service provider we use for recruitment purposes.

As an employee of EvoLink, we process the personal data mentioned above, in addition to your salary, social insurance, identity document, photograph, banking relationship, personal assessments, development plan, disciplinary measures, correspondence, user account and logs systems, business and private telephone numbers, business and private e-mail address.

Processing is based either on the performance of the contract between us or on our legitimate interest as an employer.

If your employment contract comes to an end, we process the information required to terminate the contract. Your personal file is then purged and archived in accordance with current legal requirements.

IF YOU VISIT OUR WEBSITE OR CONSULT ANY OTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE ONLINE:

We may process usage data including your IP address, geographical location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, duration of your visit, pages viewed, browsing history, frequency of use. The source of usage data is our tracking systems provided by external service providers,

In this context, your information may be transmitted to third parties subject to other legislation (notably the United States) and to different commercial practices.

The purpose of this processing is to provide our services and to analyze the use of our online services. It is based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the content of our services.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

With whom is your data shared?

Any personal data we process is retained no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose specified for its processing. If we have a contract with you, we will apply the legal retention periods applicable to that type of contract. We may retain certain data or maintain certain records for longer periods for legal compliance, financial or other statistical reporting purposes.

 

How is your data protected?

We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against theft, inappropriate use, accidental publication or destruction. We have also implemented measures to guarantee the confidentiality of your personal data, both in our processes and in the technical systems that handle it.

 

Who is our Data Protection Officer?

For the time being, EvoLink has decided not to appoint a Data Protection Advisor.
